 Delivery Information |
Our staff are available between 10am and 6pm on weekdays to advise on the delivery service, click here to contact us. We have two methods of delivery:
Packages
Smaller items such as taps, showers, pumps, towel warmers, accessories, etc.....) are sent by courier (usually Business Post or UPS)
Fragile Goods
Sanitaryware, Shower Enclosure/Trays/Screens/Doors, Bathroom Furniture, Baths, etc.....are sent by specialist carrier.

Packages
Charges UK mainland - For order above £200 delivery is FREE, below £200 the normal charge is £6.90. (if you choose special delivery for Saturday the charge is £25.00)
RoI - All packages are charged at either £18 (taps & showers) or £21 (other items)
Channel Islands - All packages are charged at either £18 (taps & showers) or £22 (other items)
Time - Most items are available from stock and the couriers will deliver to UK mainland addresses between 2 and 3 working days after your order is received. Where an item is out of stock we will contact you to ensure that you are happy to wait.
For delivery to RoI or Channel Islands allow between 4 and 6 working days.
We are proud of our reputation for prompt service, but please note that delivery times are always provisional. Even with a confirmed delivery date you ar strongly advised not to book contractors or engage in preparatory work, until your goods have arrived and you are happy that they are correct, complete and damage free.
Delivery Restrictions - if you wish us to ship packages outside of the UK, RoI or Channel Islands then please contact us first for prices and timescales.
Delivery Assistance - Drivers will only deliver to your door.
Checking - Please check your delivery while the driver is there. All deliveries must be signed for. In the event of any shortage, incorrect goods or damage us please contact us within 48 hours so that we can resolve the situation.
Fragile Goods
Charges UK mainland only (excluding Northerm Scotland) - There is a standard charge of £39.50
Time - where items are available from stock and the specialist carriers will deliver usually between 2 and 4 working days after your order is received. The carrier will contact you once the goods are in transit to arrange a date and time where you will be available to take delivery. Where an item is out of stock we will contact you to ensure that you are happy to wait.
